Custom Design Process
Our bespoke jewellery design service involves a collaborative process. Designs are created based on your specifications and preferences discussed during consultations.
Design Approval
You will be provided with digital renders and/or CAD designs for approval before production commences. Once you approve the final design and pay the required deposit, production will begin.
Customisation Limitations
While we strive to accommodate all requests, certain design modifications may not be technically feasible or may affect the structural integrity of the piece. We will advise you accordingly.
Timeline
Bespoke pieces typically require 21-28 working days for production. Complex designs may require additional time. We will provide estimated timelines during your consultation.
Pricing
Prices for bespoke pieces are quoted individually based on design specifications, materials, and gemstones selected.
Quotes
Quotes provided for bespoke pieces are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on current material and gemstone prices which may fluctuate.
Order Confirmation
An order is not considered confirmed until we have received the required deposit and sent you written confirmation.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence production of bespoke pieces. This deposit covers initial material procurement and design work.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full before dispatch of your piece. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
Currency
Payments are processed in the currency agreed upon at the time of order. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. All items are fully insured during transit. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be communicated at the time of dispatch.
Bespoke Items
Due to the custom nature of bespoke pieces, returns are not accepted unless the item is materially defective or significantly different from the approved design.
Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to commencement of production for a full refund minus any administrative fees. Once production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
Lifetime Warranty
We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all our pieces. This warranty covers structural failures due to faulty workmanship.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Maintenance
We recommend regular professional cleaning and inspection of your jewellery. Proper care will ensure your piece maintains its beauty for generations.
