Our process is streamlined to keep things moving smoothly: the CAD design stage is typically completed within 7–10 days, production takes around 14–21 days, and shipping usually requires a further 7–10 days. Throughout, our team remains available and responsive, keeping you updated every step of the way.

Absolutely! Every piece we create is entirely bespoke and fully customisable. From the choice of metals to the specific gemstones and design details, we work closely with you to ensure that the final product is a true reflection of your vision and style

Our process is designed to be straightforward. To begin, we ask for a £250 deposit as a commitment to start the CAD design stage and bring your bespoke vision to life. When you're ready to commission your piece, a further payment is made so that your deposit and commission together amount to 50% of the overall value. The remaining balance is then due upon completion, prior to shipping. For example, on a 3 ring wedding set valued at £2,500, you would pay a £250 deposit to begin the design process, followed by £1,000 at the commission stage (bringing your total to £1,250, which is 50%). The final balance of £1,250 would then be due once your set is complete.

Proper care is essential to maintain the brilliance and longevity of your jewellery, it's important to clean your pieces regularly with our soft cloth, and avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals. Contact with these products will make your diamond look grey and dull as they tend to stick to the bottom of the diamond and prevent it sparkling as it should. When not in use, store your jewellery in the soft pouch or lined ring box we provide.
